Date published: 01 October 2009

Rochdale's Zen Internet has been awarded the PC Pro Best ISP at this year’s PC Pro Reliability & Service Awards, held yesterday (Wednesday 30 September).

This is the sixth consecutive year that PC Pro has awarded Zen this accolade.

The awards provide a comprehensive guide to customer support and product reliability in the UK and Europe and are compiled from the UK’s largest independent survey of IT customer satisfaction.

On collecting the Award at the ceremony, Andrew Saunders, Head of Product Management and Marketing at Zen Internet, said: "We are delighted to have won this prestigious award for the sixth year running and we are grateful to all of our Customers for their continued support, especially those who took the time to vote for us.

"This award acknowledges the value Zen’s services provide to our customers, through our unique combination of reliable products, one month contracts, no Fair Use Policy or traffic shaping – all supported by exceptional customer service. Our continued success in the PC Pro awards results from the commitment of the entire team at Zen who support our mission to provide the best ISP service in the UK."

Zen was also nominated for the PC Pro Best Web Host for its range of Web hosting services including domain names, Windows and Linux Hosting, Managed Hosting and Colocation.

"Zen is primarily seen as a Broadband provider but the Web Hosting nomination demonstrates that we are committed to expanding our portfolio to meet our customers online requirements and ensure that Zen’s hosting products are at the same high quality as our award winning broadband service," added Andrew.
