Letting Agent sees the benefits of new website

The new Morris Property Management website, built by Rochdale Online.
Morris Property Management is the latest Rochdale lettings agency to have its website redeveloped by the Rochdale Online web design team.
The company has been letting properties in Rochdale for a number of years and now they can reach even more customers through their improved website.
Bernadette Morris, of Morris Property Management, said: "It was essential that we brought our website up to date because the internet is playing an increasingly important role in the housing industry. We now have an excellent site thanks to the team at Rochdale Online, where customers can find their ideal home with just a few clicks of the mouse."
The site is updated regularly and users can search for a home that is tailored to their needs through the property search facility. The new property alerts system allows users to sign up and receive regular updates on new properties listed.
Detailed images and a structured layout of the information help to give a detailed impression of a property before a viewing is arranged.
Rochdale Online Web Designer Jon Pudny said: "The Morris Property website had become difficult to use and had started to look dated so Berni approached Rochdale Online Web Solutions to execute a redesign.
"The project required an overhaul of the site architecture, and visual design with a strong focus on property listings, whilst the custom built content management system had to be capable of managing properties through a simple interface.
"The website is now more user friendly and has strong focus on brand. The site has also seen an increase in traffic and more visibility for key search terms in its first few months of being live."
