Pro Active Legal
Accident management company, Pro Active Legal has taken pioneering steps forward in a bid to demonstrate its commitment to best practice within the accident claims industry.
The dawn of a new era in 'No Win No Fee' legislation means that from the end of April all accident management companies had to be 'authorised' in order to be operate. The rules have come into force in response to concern about how some firms have been operating.
Hassan Ansari, Managing Director of Pro Active and himself a trained legal professional welcomes the new legislation. He said: "We pride ourselves on being fair on behalf of our clients, so it is only right that the same fairness should be applied to the whole of the accident management sector. Our new in-house processes will help make employees' jobs easier and will convey our ethical and corporate responsibility to customers."
Pro Active already has a strong track record of business success and ethical practice in Rochdale. The company recently gained authorisation under the Compensation Act 2006. Its employment of female and bilingual staff forms part of a strategy to further understand and appreciate the needs of its diverse customers. Plus Pro Active has also implemented a new data management system in its offices on Milkstone Road that will allow the company to track the progress of claims and offer a more transparent pricing policy.
