500 jobs in pipeline for Heywood

Rochdale Borough Council has approved Peel Holdings outline planning application for a 347,416sq ft business and distribution park in Hareshill, Heywood.
The development which will see £15m of investment could create up to 500 jobs.
The planning application was recommended for approval by the Council’s Planning Officer and supported by Rochdale Development Agency.
Peel must now submit further detailed planning applications before work can actually start on the site.
