Tenon given a healthy boost

Date published: 21 March 2009

Leading adviser to entrepreneurs, Tenon, has appointed Kim Lightfoot as an executive consultant to the medical arm of its financial services division in Rochdale. Ms Lightfoot has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry and will advise Tenon Medical Services in the North West, Yorkshire and Leicestershire.

Ms Lightfoot’s appointment follows Tenon’s acquisition of Rochdale and Leeds-based HWSEG, a leading specialist medical accountant and tax adviser in February. Ms Lightfoot will act as a specialist financial adviser to the dental and medical professions for Tenon.

Commenting on her appointment, Ms Lightfoot said: “Tenon is showing real vision and ambition, while expanding intelligently to help increase the services it can offer to clients. I am thrilled to have been brought on board following my previous role at HWSEG, and now aim to help Tenon enhance its position as one of the leading medical accountancy specialists in the UK.”

Chris Hill, office managing director of Tenon in Rochdale, commented: “The medical sector is an attractive growth area for Tenon, and we’re delighted to have Kim on board to help drive our plans forward. Kim’s knowledge of the NHS, and particularly the NHS pension schemes, will help us further enhance our market position in the North West.”
