Diamonds and Pearls store closes

Fashion jewellery retailer Diamonds and Pearls has closed its Rochdale store after the company went into administration earlier this week.
Several members of staff have been made redundant by the closure at the Exchange shopping centre branch.
Administrators KPMG Restructuring said they had no choice but to close the branch, which was making heavy losses.
KPMG are still hopeful of finding a buyer for the company and will continue to trade the remaining store.
