Newspaper groups choose Zen
Date published: 05 October 2007
Zen covered the Internet connectivity for some of the leading newspaper groups present at the political party conferences this autumn. For the second year running, Express Newspapers and Telegraph Media Group used Zen Broadband, and this time news travelled at an even faster rate through the Zen Office packages that offer up to 8Mb download rates and an increased upload speed.
The specialist Zen Events Team looked after the orders, ensuring that broadband was provisioned smoothly and taking the hassle away from the media groups. The Labour, Conservative and Liberal Democrat party conferences saw these newspaper groups using Zen Broadband to set-up remote offices for their political teams.
Graham Raven, Express Newspapers Ltd commented: “The short term contact, quality of service and excellent account handling we experienced from Zen last year was continued at the conferences this time. We would certainly recommend the Zen broadband service for events.”
