Fashion jewellery retailer in administration

Fashion jewellery retailer Diamonds and Pearls has gone into administration, placing more than 300 jobs at risk, including several at its Rochdale store.
The company at 91 high street stores, including a Rochdale branch in the town centre's Exchange shopping centre.
The business will continue trading while administrators KPMG Restructuring seek a buyer but some branches that are making a loss are set to close within the next few days, which would lead to redundancies.
