Free six week training programme

The Acorn Enterprise Factory will be delivering a free six week training programme for residents of Rochdale. The Enterprise Escalator programme is designed for people considering self-employment or business start-up. It is a first step course, the aims being to assess and develop individuals’ emotional intelligence in preparation for self-employment, while alongside, provide a basic understanding of the first stages of business planning.
The programme is said to be very interactive and a spokeswoman for Acorn Enterprise Factory said: "If you have thought about setting up a business or moving into self-employment though are hesitant in doing so, attending this programme may help you to explore if business is for you, then create a strong personal foundation to build your business on."
The course will run at The Acorn Enterprise Factory, 115 Spotland Road, every Wednesday 10:00am – 3:00pm starting 7 November. To reserve your place, or find out more about the programme telephone Sumaira on 01706 719689.
