More office space planned for Kingsway

Wilson Bowden Developments and the North West Development Agency, in partnership with the Rochdale Development Agency and Rochdale Council, have submitted a planning application for 600,000 sq ft of Industrial space at the 170 hectare Kingsway business park.
The Kingsway Partnership has submitted planning for the latest phase of the park and the new unit will include 250,000 sq feet of mezzanine space for storage and assembly purposes.
Robert Grafton, development director at Wilson Bowden Developments, said: “Even in this difficult market, Kingsway is attracting a high level of interest and enquiries."
There are currently three units on Plot E ready for occupation that range in size from 1,828 sq m (19, 679 sq ft), 3,188 sq m (34, 307 sq ft) and 3, 113 sq m (33, 500 sq ft).
P3 Property Consultants and JLL are the appointed property agents at Kingsway.
