Transport Survey
This month sees the launch of the Chamber's Transport Innovation Fund (TIF) survey. We need to hear your views on the TIF bid, so that we can put them to the decision makers. This follows a series of TIF events across Greater Manchester, which aimed to give members as much information as possible on the TIF proposals. Golf Society For Beginners

The Chamber’s very own golf society for beginners starts next month.

The Learner Drivers Club will break the mould of traditional golf clubs by focusing on people with little or no golfing experience. Using a mixture of driving ranges and academy golf courses, the club will bring people together under the watchful eye of professional instructors.

Jennifer Shaw Events, which manages the main Chamber Golf Society, will run the club in association with Business in Golf.

The new club will be officially launched on 18 November between 6pm and 8.30pm at Playgolf in Trafford Quays. As well as networking over nibbles and a glass of wine with like-minded people, there will be an opportunity to hit some balls on the night under the supervision of Playgolf’s superb team of PGA pros.

Tickets for the launch are £10 for Chamber members and £20 for non-members. To book your place or for more information about the Learner Drivers Club, contact Jennifer Shaw on 0845 130 9517 or 07710 452936 or email: jennifer@jennifershawevents.co.uk
