Rochdale Estates latest to join online housing revolution

Rochdale Estates' new website was launched by Rochdale Online this week.

Another Rochdale town centre estate and lettings agent has had its website brought fully up to date by the web design team at Rochdale Online.

The new Rochdale Estates website was launched this week as the latest part of the company's re-brand, which has also seen their shop front on Union Street given a complete redesign.

Azhar Iqbal from Rochdale Estates spoke about the importance of the new website. He said: "If you are not online these days then you are not in business as far as I am concerned. It is the first place people look now, and they measure you by your website, whereas it used to be by your shop front. The website looks very smart and we are very pleased with it."

The site is updated daily so users can search through the latest homes to buy and rent, as well as searching the 'property finder', which enables customers to find exactly what they are looking for with ease.

Detailed images and a structured layout of the information help to give a detailed impression of a property before a viewing is arranged.

Rochdale Online Web Solutions web designer Jon Pudny played an integral role in the development of the site. He said: "Azhar came to Rochdale Online Web Solutions wanting to redevelop his existing website and establish a stronger online image. He wanted to move away from the traditional image often used by estate agents to a contemporary modern design, so we jumped at the chance to do something a bit different.

"With a strong design concept in mind our focus turned to making the user experience quick and easy. With many customers now house hunting online we wanted visitors to find the information they are looking for and get a strong feel for their potential dream home."
