Housing website is a market leader

Date published: 19 September 2008

A Rochdale Town Centre estate and letting agents is boasting the best website in town following the site's launch this week.

Updated daily, the Keystone Properties website is a site that goes way beyond what other estate agents' sites are offering. Developed by the web development team at Rochdale Online, the site offers many functionality enhancements over other agents' sites.

Rochdale Online's Technical Director Ian Kimber said: "After considerable development effort over the last few months, the new Keystone Estates site is now live, sporting a fresh, bang up-to-date, web standards-based design, built with accessibility in mind."

Keystone’s Managing Director Adil Ansari said: “I think the website is one of the most innovative in the area and provides exactly what the customer wants. Some of the features, like the wanted property adverts, are unheard of anywhere else.

“Rochdale Online have developed a superb site that is probably a market leader in the property field.”

Site users can take advantage of a range of unique functions, including a VIP Buyer service, which enables serious buyers to get their hands on a property in double-quick time.

The Keystone team offer comprehensive advice for buyers, sellers and landlords via the site, as well as legal and mortgage advice.

Users can also compare properties side-by-side as well as entering the details of their own property to see how many of the site's registered users are actively searching for property like theirs.

Registering with the Keystone website opens up a whole range of other features. Registered users are sent property alerts via email, they can save property searches to save time in the future and add interesting properties to a shortlist so that they can get back to the details at the click of a button. Users can also post a wanted property advert on the site so that sellers can instantly see what is in demand in their area.
