Town Centre developers close Manchester Office
Date published: 21 July 2008
The development company behind the redevelopment of Rochdale town centre and the Kingsway Business Park has shut its office in Manchester city centre.
Wilson Bowden Developments closed their office on Fountain Street and relocated its North West operations to Leeds along with two members of staff.
The company believes that work on the Kingsway Business Park and the town centre redevelopment will not be affected by the closure.
Managing Director Nick Richardson said: "We are wholly committed to the Rochdale and Kingsway development projects. While all businesses adjust their size in this very difficult market, we have recently undertaken a comprehensive review of our business in light of the current economic environment.”
