Asda and Wincanton celebrate fifth birthday on Kingsway Business Park

Wincantons 5th Anniversary celebrations with the Mayor and Mayoress
ASDA CDC on Kingsway Business park is celebrating it's 5th Birthday, with Wincanton running the site for the full period.
A day of celebrations took place on Wednesday 18 October, key events on the day included a visit from the Mayor and Mayoress, Ian and Chrisitne Duckworth, local councillors and a representative from Springhill Hospice, a prize raffle draw, and a free breakfast, lunch and tea refreshments for all throughout the day.
A spokesperson said: "Colleague engagement is our focus this year and we are celebrating 104 colleagues who have worked here for all five years.
"Approximately 14 colleagues have not been absent in the whole five years and they will also receive impact vouchers and a special awards lunch on 9 November 2017.
"Wincanton has done many projects within the community and have raised thousands of pounds for local causes, including the Mayor’s charities."
