The new multi-million pound Audi dealership

A new Audi car dealership serving Oldham and Rochdale has opened just over the Rochdale border on Chadderton Way (at the end of the A627M) in Oldham following a multi-million pound investment from Jardine Motors Group.

More than 40 new jobs have been created at the four-and-a-half acre site, which has a 17-car showroom and a 24 bay service workshop selling new and used cars.

The delivery of the state-of-the-art dealership is the result of a collaboration between Jardine Motors Group and Audi.

The R&D teams at Audi worked with Jardine Motors Group to install new technology that will significantly improve the customer experience when visiting for service or warranty work. This includes a Quick Check Lane, which is a drive-through health check for the vehicle. In less than five minutes, it tells the customer and technician tyre tread depths (measured by laser), tyre pressures, braking balance and efficiency, battery status, coding check and wheel alignment, all delivered in a clear and transparent manner, either via i-pad, TV screen or printout.

A digital service reception reduces paperwork, and number plate recognition identifies customers on arrival and provides a more personalised experience. In addition, EVHC Duty of Care Specialists provide customers with informed advice to better understand their car’s performance and maintain it in excellent condition.
