United Co-operatives Steven Silver Joins Consumer Board

Steven Silver, Head of Legal Services and Deputy Secretary at United Co-operatives, based in Rochdale, has been appointed a founding member of the Legal Services Consumer Board, established by the Legal Services Complaints Commissioner.
The Board brings together people with consumer experience and knowledge to advise the Commissioner, Zahida Manzoor, CBE, on ensuring that consumers receive the right remedies and redress if their affairs have been mishandled by a lawyer.
Steven commented: “I was delighted to accept Zahida Manzoor’s invitation to serve on the Legal Services Consumer Board. This appointment reflects the standing of United as a representative of consumer interests.”
