InXpress wins British Franchise Association HSBC Brand Innovation Award
Founded and headquartered in Rochdale, InXpress has been named winner of the Brand Innovation Award at the British Franchise Association (BFA) HSBC Franchisor of the Year Awards 2017.
The business was selected for demonstrating ongoing commitment to identifying opportunities to innovate and grow.
InXpress is a global shipping franchise organisation, founded in Rochdale in 1999. The company has seen huge success, with over 300 franchisees globally, and head offices based in Utah, USA and Brisbane, Australia, in addition to its Rochdale-based headquarters.
The Brand Innovation Award is open to all BFA franchisor members and celebrates businesses that push the boundaries to stay ahead of the competition.
InXpress beat two finalists, Devon-based Creation Station and Cheshire-based Puddle Ducks.
Ben Kirby, Franchise Sales Director at InXpress, commented: “We are surprised, but truly delighted. This recognition will certainly help us engage potential franchisees and get them to buy into our new software and champion it, helping us further develop the business and continue to make a mark in the competitive e-commerce market.”
Pip Wilkins, CEO of the BFA, said: “InXpress’ achievement is truly inspiring and as judges, we couldn’t help but notice the team’s innovative thinking and constantly finding opportunities to improve the business.
"We are excited to see how InXpress grows and shapes itself in the near future.”
Andrew Brattesani, UK Head of Franchising at HSBC, added: “All finalists in this category were exceptional and therefore selecting the winner was a difficult decision. I was genuinely impressed by InXpress and wish the team further success as they grow their business.”
