GJD technical service provider agreement with VMS

GJD has a new service deal with VMS, a provider of installation and maintenance services within the Audio Visual, Networking and Security markets.

The new deal will see VMS’s experienced engineers and consultants work closely with GJD on key projects. VMS will offer field technical support, as well as full health and safety accreditation to provide customers with ultimate peace of mind.

Mark Tibbenham, GJD’s Managing Director commented: “We are pleased to have VMS as our approved technical service provider, we can now offer an even higher level of service to our customers. Their management team know our marketplace inside out and their standard of work is first class."

VMS Managing Director, Mark Thomas said: “The new deal will see VMS’ experienced engineers working with GJD offering unparalleled levels of field support, particularly focused on the IP and Laser product sets. VMS will also offer installation and maintenance support to GJD customers providing technical assistance and reducing valuable time on site.

“GJD is known as a provider of high quality service, particularly with after-sales and technical support. We share these high expectations.”
