Zen cuts the cost of SSL certificates
Date published: 22 March 2006
Zen Internet, has reduced the cost of SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificates, giving customers the opportunity to increase their security levels at an even lower price.
The 128 bit SSL certificates that Zen offer are designed for securing Intranets, Extranets and Web sites. They are essential for those organisations carrying out online transactions, such as communicating credit card details and other sensitive data between customers and Web sites. A certificate in this form will confirm businesses identities and therefore increase the trust that the buyer has in the seller. They create an encrypted tunnel, protecting information being sent to and from your Web server, which stops data from being tampered with. Having an SSL certificate could even boost the number of online transactions as Web customers will know you are serious about security.
Zen is an official Comodo partner and can offer features such as a £140K Warranty, 99% browser compatibility, free site seal and unlimited reissues. There are discounts available for long term contracts. The SSL certificates are fully validated with a 30 day refund policy to ensure that customers are happy with the product and receive the highest level of service.
James Steel, Hosting Product Manager, Zen Internet, commented: "It is important that we are committed to providing the best from all of our product groups if we are to continue in our mission to provide the best ISP service in the UK. Security issues continue to dominate the industry news headlines and we are confident that our programme of continual improvement will help provide both the peace of mind and value for money that our customers demand."
