Blue Rose Gifts & Balloons in Heywood has been nominated in nominated in the category of Best Independent Greetings Card Retailer (North of England) at this year’s RETA awards.

Blue Rose employee Elaine Hopkins has been nominated in the Greetings Card Retail Employee of the Year section.

The RETA’s are annual awards for UK greetings cards retailers and are organised by Progressive Greetings Worldwide. 

Beverley Heyworth commented on hearing of the nominations: “I am delighted that Blue Rose and Elaine have been nominated for these prestigious retail awards. It is recognition of what we strive to achieve and what we believe we bring to the town’s high street.”

The winners will be announced during a lavish awards dinner held at The Dorchester Hotel in London on 13 July.
