Zen Internet, the multi-award winning Rochdale based Internet Service Provider (ISP), is delighted to have received three ISPA (Internet Services Providers’ Association) awards! Zen scooped the awards in the Best Uncontended Service, Best Heavy Business Broadband and Best Business ISP categories which were announced at a glittering awards ceremony at the Marriott Hotel in London.
The ISPA awards are awarded to people and organisations in the industry by their peers and reflect the broad nature of the service provider sector. This was the eighth annual UK Internet Industry Awards.
Of the Best Business ISP award an ISPA spokesperson said, "The judges considered Zen’s personal approach to its customers, providing dedicated technical support and account management, to be extremely valuable to business users. Zen offers an impressive overall package of hosting and connectivity services, and has worked hard to promote its SDSL services. The judges also recognised Zen’s great corporate social responsibility credentials through its commitment to local schools, communities and charities.”
Iain Johnstone, Sales and Partner Programme Manager, at Zen Internet, commented: “We are extremely honoured and delighted to receive these prestigious ISPA awards and our thanks go to the ISPA for allowing us the platform to demonstrate our commitment to the UK broadband market. The awards vindicate our ongoing commitment to quality, reliability and service which has always been the focus of our operation. This is the essence of our business and it is why our customers, both old and new, join us and stay with us”.
The Internet Services Providers' Association (ISPA) was established in 1995 as a trade association to represent providers of Internet services in the UK. ISPA promotes competition, self-regulation and the development of the Internet industry.
