Rochdale Borough Design Awards 2010

This development involved the sympathetic conversion of a grade 2 listed farmhouse into a head office for one of Rochdale’s oldest surviving textile companies. The sympathetic remodelling and improved accessibility has given the building a new lease of life. The original character of the building has been restored and a sustainable new use facilitated.
