Rochdale AFC youth squad

The first and second year scholars for the Rochdale AFC youth squad have been announced, following the signing of scholarship contracts.

Nine new players have put pen to paper, signing a two year scholarship and will represent the Rochdale U18 side.

First year scholars

• Rapheal Chea – right back/centre back
• Declan Evans – centre back
• Matthew Gillam – centre forward
• Andrew Hollins – centre back
• Jack Lenehan – centre midfield
• Joe Piggott – forward/midfield
• Jordan Prescott – centre forward
• Kieran Price – full back/centre back
• Jack Stewart – winger/forward

Second year scholars

• Tyler Berry – central midfield 
• Louis Coyne – centre back 
• Kisimba Kisimba – central midfielder 
• Japhet Mata - forward
• Harry Pratt – forward 
• Callum Schorah – left back 
• Brandon Smalley – midfield/forward
