George Donnelly has today completed a permanent move to Tranmere Rovers for an undisclosed fee.
The 26-year-old has penned a two year deal at the League Two side.
Donnelly, who was under contract until next summer, joined Dale from Macclesfield Town in May 2012 and went on to make almost a hundred appearances for the club.
A spokesperson for Rochdale AFC said: "We’d like to place on record our thanks to George for his hard-work, effort and commitment during his time at the club. We’d also like to wish him the very best of luck for the future."
