Bury Broncos 0 - 58 Mayfield U10s

Mayfield U10s strong season continued with a 58-0 victory at Bury Broncos.

Excellent defensive work and fluent ball handling saw tries from Ben Higginson (3), Junior, James Downham-Clarke, Lee Wilson, Jack Birtles and Dylan Stott.

The try of the game came when Higginson took a high ball on his own try line and immediately released Junior who in turn beat three defenders and set off for a length of the field try.

Man of the Match went to Christie Joyce with the coaches award going to Blake Shepperd-Conwell.

The coaching were over the moon with the way the team performed against decent opposition saying they were "a credit to themselves and the club".
