Angry 'Hornet' infuriated

Date published: 24 June 2013

The Rochdale Hornets five game winning streak came to an end on Sunday as the London hoo-doo struck again.

Rochdale winger and part time goal kicker 'Angry' Gaz Langley, commented: "We are hugely disappointed in the Skolars performance. Its our mistakes that have cost us and that infuriates me.

"We are one game over the half way mark of the season so there are still plenty of games left where we can make our mark, starting next week in North Wales, then in Hemel, then when we return to Spotland for the five games run in.”

Supporters are urged to get behind the Rochdale Hornets when they return to Spotland on 28 July and take advantage of the 'extraordinary' half season ticket deal.

The deal covers the last five home games of the season, the Fiji vs Hornets RLWC warm-up match and a club membership, which is 'extraordinary' value.

Langley, a scaffolder by day, and angry man on the pitch, commented: 'We really do appreciate the support. Having a vocal home crowd behind us always gives us that extra lift and that will be vital as we look to continue our quest for promotion.”

The deal can be purchased by phoning the club office on 01706 648004.
