A Charlton Athletic scout died on his way home from watching a Rochdale game on behalf of the London club.
The funeral of David Brier, who was also a school headteacher in Ripponden, will take place tomorrow (Friday 3 April).
Mr Brier had been working for Charlton on a part-time basis covering North West football since the start of the current season.
He died at the wheel of his car while travelling home from Rochdale's match with Exeter City last Saturday at Spotland.
