Milnrow & Newhey V Halton
Date published: 23 October 2008
After last Saturday's excellent victory over Hindley, Milnrow & Newhey face an equally stern test from undefeated Halton Simms Cross in this Saturday's fixture on Firgrove.
The Rochdale side are bolstered by the return of Neil Connelly and Les Salisbury to boost the three quarter line but this news is tempered by the loss of Lee Atkinson to injury, which will see the influential hooker sidelined for six weeks.
Victory over the Widnes based team will see Milnrow & Newhey cement their place at the top of the division.
All players are asked to meet at 1.00pm at Firgrove.
