Rochdale moved to ninth in the table with a comprehensive victory against Altrincham on Tuesday night.
Ryan East took the lead for Dale with a low shot early in the game before keeper Louie Moulden saved an Altrincham penalty taken by Chris Conn-Clarke.
Loanee East secured a brace with his second goal on 60 minutes before Kairo Mitchell wrapped up the scoring with his tenth of the season to secure back-to-back wins for Dale.
