Date published: 17 October 2008
The teenage rugby star dubbed as the next Jason Robinson will be giving coaching and advice to youngsters at Total Rugby's camp at Hopwood Hall College, which runs from 29-31 October.
Oldham born St Helens scrum half star Kyle Eastmond is ranked as one of the top 10 teenagers in the world by League World magazine and organisers say the 19 year old will be an invaluable asset to this training camp.
A spokesperson for the camp said: "The St Helens Scrum Half recognises the importance of nurturing talent early and fully endorses the groundbreaking approach of Total Rugby Camps Team.
"Total Rugby Camps will continue to provide participants, regardless of code played, with a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to evolve and improve the generic skills and techniques needed to succeed in today’s competitive Rugby environment."
The action-packed Total Rugby Camps will offer boys and girls between the ages of 8-18 the chance to develop their games under the instruction of the country’s top RFU & RFL qualified coaches. The camps will be delivered under each code's prospective quality assurance framework, ensuring that the quality of coaching is second to none.
The venue for the camp will be the state of the art Hopwood Hall Sports Academy Complex, which contains some of the most up to date and prestigious sporting facilities available nationally; all of which will be incorporated into the programme.
