Boxing: Cody Lee Garner outclasses Patrick Gaynor

Queensway ABC boxer Cody Lee Garner outclassed Patrick Gaynor from Bury ABC at the John Smith Stadium in Huddersfield on Saturday (26 March).

Both boxers came out in the first round looking to establish themselves with a good jab.

Although Garner was giving a little reach advantage away he was catching Gaynor with the better shots.

The first round went to Garner.

Gaynor had to force the pace in the second being behind a round however Garner's footwork was proving too much and Gaynor was catching him on the way in and on the way out and took the round.

In the third Garner stepped it up forcing Gaynor to go on the back foot and take heavy shots throughout the round.

At the end of the third Garner was the clear winner.
