Woman charged with murder of man in Middleton

A woman has been charged with the murder of a man in Middleton.
Carole Jamieson, 54, of Jubilee Road, Middleton, has been charged with the murder of Leslie Jamieson and is due to appear at Rochdale Magistrates' Court today (Wednesday 17 August).
At 8.40pm on Monday (15 August) police were called to Jubilee Road following a report a man had been stabbed.
Officers attended and discovered Mr Jamieson with stab wounds. He died at the scene.
