Honresfeld seek help to win grant
Date published: 01 September 2011
Honresfeld residential care home with nursing, is hoping to be awarded a grant from NatWest to help purchase a new adapted minibus.
The CommunityForce grants are decided by public vote and the winners get £6,000 to help their work.
The cost of the minibus is approximately £9000; the £6000 grant would bring Honresfeld much closer to reaching this target.
Honresfeld supports 28 service users with physical disabilities. Their current minibuses are old and becoming beyond repair.
