"To celebrate the opening of our new extension last year we invited 100 local senior Citizens over 60 years of age to enjoy a free three course Christmas Lunch with us, they had a fantastic time and made new friends whilst also catching up with old friends they hadn't seen for years," says Joanne Cudworth from The Norden Arms.
"Councillors Jim Gartside and Peter Winkler helped us served the lunch and mingled with the guests afterwards with a festive tipple. It was only ever going to be a one off event, but seeing the enjoyment of the guests we decided we would do the same again this year."
The lunch will be on Tuesday 1 December at 3.00pm, The guest list will be on a first come first served basis and all guests must ring Joanne at the Deli 01706 359028/650946 or call in when passing to book their places.
