Inspector Michelle Hughes said: "Priorities this week continue to be around supporting vulnerable people and victims of domestic violence and tackling burglaries.

"This week officers have been working with staff from partner agencies to resolve issues being reported in your neighbourhood.

"Earlier this week our officers joined colleagues from Rochdale MBC, youth offending team and others in working to try and secure a criminal behaviour order, following numerous complaints of both criminal and anti-social behaviour.

"If successful in securing any order, a breach will lead to action being taken which could include prosecution.

"On Friday 15 May 2015, officers from the neighbourhood team met with staff from Rochdale council and staff members from MIND in an attempt to resolve a neighbour dispute, which has been causing issues to the local community and had resulted in a number of call outs for emergency service personnel.

"It is hoped that measures put in place on Friday will go some way to resolving the issues going forward.

"Multi-agency working in this way has a number of benefits, including increasing the speed of evidence gathering, helping to ensure interventions are tailored to the individuals and reducing breaches by ensuring the necessary support is in place.
