Date published: 21 December 2007
A major health conference and exhibition will be staged in Rochdale for the first time in March next year. It has been announced that 'LiveLife 2008' will take place at the Odeon Cinema at Sandbrook Park on Wednesday 5 March.
The event, being held in partnership with Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale Primary Care Trust and Rochdale Borough Council will be aimed at improving health in the borough with a huge range of interactive demonstrations, exciting activities and presentations.
High profile special guest speakers will be confirmed shortly.
Rachel Snow-Miller from the Primary Care Trust said she was delighted that the event will be held in the Borough: Getting people to take responsibility for their own health is important, but it doesn't have to be boring. LiveLife 2008 will be fun as well as good for you!"
