Roger Balint, charged with intent to cause grievous bodily harm
Roger Balint has been charged after he deliberately knocked a man off his moped in Rochdale.
Roger Balint (21/03/1990), of no fixed address, has been charged with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and appeared at Rochdale and Bury Magistrates' Court on Saturday 23 August 2014.
At around 8pm on Wednesday 30 April 2014 the victim was driving his moped on Brotherod Hall Road in Rochdale, when a vehicle deliberately forced him off the road before running over his legs.
