Traffic diversion on Kingsway due to over turned car

Traffic heading to Rochdale via Kingsway is currently being diverted to Turf Hill Road due to an over turned car in the road.
Police were called to Kingsway opposite Kings Road at 1.15pm today (Tuesday 26 August) to reports of an incident involving two vehicles.
It is understood that a Toyota Yaris and a Citroen Panel van were involved with the Toyota ending up on its side.
An ambulance crew also attended the scene with reports of possible injuries.
It is understood that Kingsway currently remains closed between Turf Hill Road and Oldham Road.
