The Hospice calendar for 2015 will be launched on Thursday 21 August and will be available in shops from the week after.

Joanne Clarke has raised £385 for the Hospice in memory of David Byrnes.

Aaron Lamb has signed up to take part in a 54 mile cycle ride from London to Brighton to raise money for the Hospice after his aunty died there.

Dates for the Diary

Saturday 9 August – ‘In Memory of Kelly’ Family Fun Day – The event will include a 5k run and a zumbathon as well as tombolas, raffles and stalls. Held at Littleborough Sports Centre, Saba from the Hospice team will also be at the event with a tomobloa and special guest Springy the Hospice Frog.

Friday 19 September – Charity Golf Day – Held at Rochdale Golf Club, the event is a four ball stable ford competition with lunch. The price is £200 per team of four including a three course gala presentation dinner and entertainment. For those who would only like to attend the dinner, then tickets are available for £22 per person.

The £1,000 jackpot number is: 306468 from Heywood.
The £200 second prize number is: 300429 from Whitworth.
The £100 third prize number is: 180833 from Rochdale.
