Norden Jubilee Park given a make over
Date published: 05 August 2014
Norden Jubilee Park was given a make over on Saturday (2 August) after members of the Friends of Jubilee Park group spent the day preparing the park for upcoming events as well as Rochdale in Bloom.
To do the gardening, In Bloom donated plants to brighten up the park and Special Branch Tree Surgeons and Paul Ellison from Evergreen Landscapes donated their time for free to help the Friends group complete the work.
Work done on the day included cutting back trees and hedges, pulling out weeds, planting begonia and hydrangeas and a general litter pick.
