Edinburgh Woollen Mill raise over £250 for Springhill Hospice in fashion show
Edinburgh Woollen Mill has handed over a cheque for £284.25 on 24 July after raising the money by holding a fashion show at the All in One Garden Centre, where Edinburgh Woollen Mill is based.
Staff from the Garden Centre, staff and volunteers from the Hospice modelled the outfits from Edinburgh Woollen Mill clothing.
Beverley Wright from Edinburgh Woollen Mill said: “We’re a new store within All in One, so we decided to hold 5 different events over the next year to make people aware of the brand and to raise money for some fabulous local charities.”
“We decided to support Springhill Hospice because one of our staff was involved in the charity. Our customers all said they had a fantastic night and really enjoyed the event.”
“We have some events in mind for the upcoming months such as a mini fashion show in September/October and an Autumn/Winter clothing launch in November.”
