Man suffers facial injuries after car overturns

A 49-year-old man suffered minor facial injuries after his car was involved in a road traffic accident on Sunday (6 July) night.
The accident, which happened on Rivermead and Shaw Road in Newhey, saw the car involved end up on its roof.
There were no other vehicles involved.
A police spokesman said that the man “was very lucky”.
