Mr Morgan retires from St John’s RC Primary School

Mr Morgan from St John’s RC Primary School will be retiring on 18 July after thirteen years at the school.

Parents and carers are welcome to attend a Mass on Tuesday 8 July at 10am in St John’s School Hall. The Mass will be followed by refreshments and a chance to share fond memories of Mr Morgan.

There will also be an afternoon celebration starting at 2pm, if you are unable to attend the morning Mass.

Mr Morgan said: “My retirement will mark the end of my forty year career as a teacher.
I’ll miss the school, staff and children very much. St John’s is a very happy place. 

"During my retirement, I’m hoping to get out on my bike and spend some time with my grandchildren.”
