Underwater search team search canal

Shortly before 11.45pm on Sunday, 22 June 2014, police received a report that someone may have entered the canal off Oldham Road, Rochdale.
The underwater search team have been searched the canal and this will continue throughout the day.
UPDATE
Search called off. No body found.
