Springhill Hospice Pyjama Parade

Date published: 18 June 2014

Springhill Hospice is making changes to the event formerly known as the ‘Midnight Walk’.

The walk is now known as the ‘Pyjama Parade’, which will help raise money for the Hospice.

The walk will begin at 9:30pm on 12 July 2014, at their new fundraising offices on Broad Lane, Rochdale.

After listening to feedback from their supporters, Springhill has decided to change the distance of the walk from 10 miles to 10 kilometres.

Entry will cost £12 per person, and walkers will receive a t-shirt, glo-band, poncho, medal and post-walk bacon butty.

All walkers must be at least 12 years old. All walkers under the age of 18 must have their entry signed by a parent/guardian and be accompanied by an adult on the night.

Fancy dress is completely optional, however the theme this year is pyjamas if you want to join in on the fun.

There are a limited number of places for walkers, so book early to avoid disappointment. Registration forms can be found at Springhill Hospice, or alternatively contact Springhill Hospice (01706 649920) to have them posted to you.
