Area panels terms of reference agreed

Terms of Reference have now been agreed for Rochdale Boroughwide Housing's (RBH) Area Panels through co-operative meetings involving initially RBH, the Council and RoFTRA and then an open meeting for Tenants and Residents Associations.
The Council, RBH and RoFTRA met on Tuesday 8 April and reached agreement on a suitable draft for consideration by the borough's T&RAs at an open meeting on 16 May and attended by representatives from the Council and RoFTRA at which minor amendments were agreed by all.
These form the basis for the new round of meetings that started with last night's meeting of the Rochdale Panel. The details of the other meetings in the sequences are:
- Pennines: Wednesday 21 May 5-7pm Room 5a Littleborough Community Campus
- Heywood: Thursday 22 May 10-12 noon Conference Room, Heywood Market
- Middleton: Monday 2 June 6-8pm Carroll Suite, Middleton Civic Centre.
