Five car collision on St Mary’s Gate

Five cars were involved in a road traffic collision this morning (Monday 16 June) on St Mary’s Gate.
The incident occurred shortly after 9.00am.
It is understood that one car hit the others causing a knock on affect. Two of the cars were stationary at the time and two were coming to a stop.
Cars involved included a black Mercedes Coupé, a black Ford Focus, a black Vauxhall Astra, a Vauxhall Urban Fox and a black Fiat León.
Police confirmed that “there were no injuries”.
