Homes without power in Littleborough

Over 50 homes in Littleborough were left without power yesterday morning (Monday 2 June) after two underground cable faults caused an issue in the area.
The first issue affected 32 customers between 3.20am and 4.34am and the second issue affected 21 customers at 5.45am.
A spokesperson for Electricity North West said: “Unfortunately there have been two underground cable faults in the Littleborough area .
“Our engineers were on site and worked hard to repair the fault and restore power as soon as possible.”
