The Wheatsheaf Shopping Centre held their kids club today (Saturday 31 May) and gave children the chance to make their own personalised 3D photo frame.
Children were given a frame to paint their design on. Once painted on, the frame was put into the microwave to make the paint rise and look 3D.
Rahanna Hawkins, who was helping run the club, said: “The paint is made from flour and food colouring so when it gets heated up it bubbles and rises.”
The kids club offers children the chance to be entertained for a short while whilst their parents shop in the centre.
“We have had a good response today with a lot of people getting involved,” added Rahanna.
